Terms of booking:
You must be 18 years or older to book any course/event on Stevie Mayes Spiritual Surgery.
Anyone booking a course/event who is then found to be underage will be removed from the course/event and no refund will be issued.
Once you have registered/booked for a course/workshop/event/Healing appointment with Stevie Mayes Spiritual surgery, your place/appointment will be assigned, But will not be secured until full payment has been received by Stevie Mayes spiritual surgery.
Payment:
For all courses/workshops/events payment must be made in full 7 days before the start date of the course/ workshop/event.
Payment of healing appointments must be made in full 24hours before your allocated time.
If you register for a course/workshop/event on Stevie Mayes spiritual surgery this is no guarantee that you will have a space due to over subscription, in this case an email will be sent to inform you that there are no longer any available spaces.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
We will not issue a refund for cancellations less than 1 week before the course/event takes place.
We will not allow participants to move to another course/event instead of a refund 1 week before the event.
If a cancellation is less than one week before the event and we are able to fill the vacancy, a refund may be issued, this is at the discretion of Stevie Mayes spiritual surgery,
Participation in a course/event:
We reserve the right to refuse participation by an applicant booking or attending any course/event, even if the course/event is underway, should we deem the applicant to be unsuitable or disruptive. If we refuse participation for an applicant after an event has started due to behavior that is deemed disruptive to the group as a whole, no refunds will be given.
We expect every attendee to behave in an appropriate and respectful way to the tutor/s and group as a whole. Any behavior deemed by Stevie Mayes spiritual surgery to be offensive or inappropriate may result in the applicant being withdrawn from the course/event.

You may see or hear things that you may not have experienced before. If you feel you may be vulnerable, you are welcome to leave.
Disclaimer for Private Readings:
This reading is a form of experiment; no claims are made and results cannot be guaranteed. The medium is not here to tell fortunes but to try to give evidence of survival which may include a glimpse from spirit as to the overall situation of the individual at that particular time. He/she can only give communications received through his/her own spiritual connection. If it becomes clear within the first ten minutes of the reading that a satisfactory communication has not been established, then either the medium or sitter may terminate the reading and the fee will be refunded. After this point, the sitter is deemed to accept that the sitting is satisfactory. The sitter may see or hear things that they may not have experienced before; if they feel they may be vulnerable, they should discuss this with the medium prior to the sitting taking place. Healing Participation Statement
Contact healing involves the Healing Medium making physical contact with you the patient. You understand that this is the case and accept this as a necessary part of the session. If there are any areas of the body that you do not want touching, you MUST state this prior to the commencement of any session. That said no medium will touch any sensitive or personal area of the body. These are normally deemed to be the lower abdomen and groin, Breasts, and inner thighs.
Non-contact Healing will not involve any contact of any kind with the patient at all. However, the nature of spiritual energy is such that it should be understood that the “feeling” of contact can sometimes be felt even under these circumstances. For this and contact healing therefore if the patient is in any doubt whatsoever of their personal comfort in this regard they must bring with them a witness to observe the healing event to confirm what transpires during the session.
In any event where Deep Trance Healing is intended absolutely nothing will be attempted at all without the presence of a witness. Stevie Mayes cannot guarantee to provide such a witness to all sessions as such the patient should check in advance or bring their own witness with them.
All sessions may be canceled with no less than 24 hrs notice of cancellation. At that time the full session fee will be charged.
It is critical that you understand that as with any energy-based healing the results are not guaranteed and that prior to any sitting with me or any other healing medium you should fully understand the conditions of a sitting and what is expected. If you are in any doubt then please ASK FIRST. I cannot and will not be held responsible for something I was not aware of or could not address because of this. All patients should also be familiar with and agree to my Terms and Disclaimers too prior to any booking or sitting.
Where the patient is considered vulnerable or is a minor the parent or guardian or responsible medical body must give signed approval for treatment in advance.
Where the patient is pregnant the patient must bring with them a signed approval from the covering midwife.

This healing method can bring up personal and or challenging discussions about intimate topics and issues, including deep-seated trauma, which may be necessary to address for the healing process.
